CHAMPIONSHIP
NOMINATIONS
At
close
of
Nominations
GRSA
had
received
a
total
of
55
nominations
for
the
SA
state
series
of
the
2007
National
Sprint
and
Distance
Championships.
There
were
31
Nominations
in
the
Sprint
Series,
which
compares
to
39
in
2006.
While
the
Distance
Series
has
25
nominations,
up
from
20
last
year.
The
South
Australian
Heats
of
the
Championships
will
be
run
on
Thursday
9th
August,
with
the
$5,000
State
Finals
on
Thursday
16th
August.
The
winner
of
the
Sprint
Final
will
represent
